Counselling in Shrewsbury
Julie has a private practice in the centre of Shrewsbury on Town Walls - just a couple of minutes’ walk from the nearest car park.
Her rooms are in a peaceful and tranquil environment that will encourage you to feel comfortable and relaxed.
Counselling in Telford
Neville works from his home in Telford (TF2) and also has access to rooms in Shifnal (TF11), near the town centre.
Both settings offer a quiet and relaxing space for you to start the process of unpacking what is troubling you in your life.
We offer you a safe place with time to be heard and valued. You often do not choose to be in the situation you are in and have made the decision to seek counselling because you want something to change in your life.
We can offer you the time and space that you need. This will be based on a therapeutic relationship that includes openness and honesty which can enable you to move forward with your life. We do not believe that “one size of therapy fits all” and you will be offered therapy that is best suited to your current needs.
Our ServicesWe provide counselling and psychotherapy services in Shrewsbury, Shifnal and Telford.
Counselling with time2bheard
Our core training was based on the approach known as ‘person-centred counselling’ which seeks to give you the time and space to explore the issues which are troubling you at your own pace. However if you consider you wish to address your difficulties in a more solution focused way, we can also offer approaches such as CBT.
Regardless of how we work with you, we can assure of a confidential, non-judgmental and empathic therapeutic relationship.
Number of Sessions
How many sessions you have will be determined by you. If it’s working for you and you wish to continue we do so. By coming to see one of us you will not be committing yourself to a set number of sessions.
Our costs are generally £40 per session with discounts available for students and those not currently in work.
We will work with whatever issues you want to bring to counselling, which may include;
- Low Self Esteem
- Anger Management
- Relationship and Family Issues
- Addictive and Obsessive Behaviours, including:
